A few simple habits can keep your gaming experience positive at all times:
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start playing, and stick to that amount.
Set a time limit for each gaming session in advance. Use an alarm to keep yourself on track.
Don't chase losses by placing more bets. Treat each session separately.
Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. Keeping that mindset takes a lot of the pressure away.
